- Provision of initial advice to developers, contractors, architects and land owners on the implications of highway access works, seeking to ensure that the anticipated works are sufficient and feasible and with suitable allowances for subsequent negotiations and discussions factored into project programmes.

Planning
Where access and/or highway improvement works are required, 278 Consulting ensures that design, construction, health & safety and buildability issues are considered at the first stages of planning such that the subsequent approval and implementation processes are as efficient and cost effective as possible.
